很多人喜欢回忆过去，我也喜欢。有些人说，回忆过去的人都是老人。所以我一直承认我很老。
我的童年是很有趣的，大概80后的我们，都很快乐吧。至少，我的童年很无忧无虑。那时候的苏州，小桥流水人家，邻里间的感情很好，可以走街窜巷。来来往往巷子里的阿姨，叔叔们都很熟络。甚至，隔开好几个巷子的人 也能叫上名字，打个招呼。呵呵，我总觉得外国小朋友没有我们那么幸福，那些现代化的游戏一点儿都不好玩。对此，我甚至是有点沾沾自喜的。可谁料想，有一次，在加拿大的店子里看到有人卖各种颜色的塑料管，还记得吗？那时候流行过的塑料管，可以编织成各种颜色的鞋子啦，蝴蝶之类的玩意儿。我在课堂上无聊折的钥匙串，居然被一个当地学生发现了。她说，这个咚咚，小时候很流行啊。后来，我才认识到，我错了，错的很离谱。我们儿时的很多游戏，是很国际化的。

上回，我们介绍过一个网络俚语应用， 今天忽发奇想，哎，既然有了网络俚语，那怎么能少了手机短信俚语呢。中文里的很多缩写也是从拉丁字母里演变而来，跟英文是类似的，像什么mm, BT, PF等等。

中，英文回答皆可，不受限制，只是我希望各位能养成英文思考的习惯。
每一种文化里都有它独有的一系列手势和面部表情。可能，美国人的手势，面部表情更为丰富一些。中国人相对来说更内敛。人们把这种手势，面部表情的传递解释为无声的交流。手势能表现一个人的喜怒哀乐，渐渐的，有些常用的手势变得国际化，有的则各国有各国的不同，用的不好，可能闹笑话，有时也能让人产生误会呢。对于学习英语的初学者，我想学会手势的运用也是很好的一门工具。你大着胆子上前和美国人交流的时候，不懂怎么说，大不了跟人乱比划嘛，谁怕谁呀。
这个国际上都通用。你okay, 我okay, 大家都okay.

有了个"thumb up" sign, 就会有" thumb down" sign, 一个是褒义，一个是贬义。竖起大拇指，就是夸你呗。同样的，国内外都通用啦。
